A facility in Evansville, Indiana is seeking ongoing Locum CRNA Coverage
Evansville encompasses 3 locations that your provider will be credentialed and will work at, including a
GI Surgery Center
For scheduling purposes, we prefer candidates who can do a mix of 8s (GI coverage), 10s, or 12s (OR coverage for Inpatient).
*NO new grads.
*Must have 200 cases in the last 12 months in order to be credentialed.
*Prefer candidates to have a clear background with no malpractice.
*Need 5-6 locums to offer FTE Mon – Friday. We need locums to pickup Mondays, and locums who are willing to pickup Fridays and stay the entire shift time.
*We can grant temp privs for IMMEDIATE starts. Please reach out to me for the full list of items that are required in order to have temp privs granted.
*Each locum on assignment will receive a notification to their phone the night before their shift informing them which location to report.
*OT Rule: after scheduled hours
Approved Start Time:
7:00a across the board unless assigned case time is prior to 7:30a.
*If assigned case is scheduled to start prior to 7:30a, arrival time is 30 min prior to case time.
*Monday-Friday: 10, 12s, or 8s
*Prefer 8-10 shifts minimum.
12-hour/10hr shifts are needed for OR.
*8-hour shifts are needed for GI Specialty Center.
Rate: 220/hr
