Schedule : M, W, F 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, ongoing through December, at least.

Number of Operating Rooms: 16
Medical direction model.
Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages – including healthy peds
Required cases: spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases
Do not need to do heart/lung cases. No lines or blocks.
Credentialing timeframe: 4 months
Client willing to pay for full travel – flight, hotel, rental car & Malpractice included
